Convention on the Avoidance of Double Taxation with regard to Income
Taxes between the Government of the Republic of Cyprus and the Russian Federation
Regarding the today’s press publication regarding the intention of the Russian Authorites to unilaterally terminate the Convention for the Avoidance of Double Taxation, the Ministry of Finance states that the final round of negotiations have been scheduled for the 10th and 11th of this month. The Cyprus delegation will be headed by the Minister of Finance Mr. Constantinos Petrides.
